Well that's good. This week was just the days of gym, all the days were heavy weights though, but still good to see some improvement in body fat percentage. I guess i also did not eat many sweet products this week. And eating once a day is on fire almost two months now

Had a HUGE chest day! All I can say is that @joe.lifts knows how to torture people! I got yet a second day to workout with him at the world famous @thegymsd The Gym in San Diego! (Isn't he a BEAST?!💪💪💪👹👹🦍🦍) I couldn't keep up with him on this day ... but I did my best! After the workout, we took some goofy photos at the rooftop workout area ... Only San Diego can pull this off! Again ... I had a most incredible time (and I will feel this one in a few days;) ➡️Then I decided to try to "pose". Geez, I'm a porker!🐖 ➡️ Another total "tourist geek-out moment". I can't help it when I'm at one of the world's best gyms! Thank you, Brother @joe.lifts!🙏💪🙏💪 Until next time! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
