Tuesday hotel “Tulsa Time,” [Song by Don Williams], 5 - 6 AM, incline bench DB bench presses (ran rack 25-50 lbs), standing DB laterals and frontals, DB sumo squats, standing DB alternating curls (25 lbs). Then resuming bodyweight feet wide splayed, and holding. The goal work up to a minute. Feet flat on floor. Goodbye Tulsa Oklahoma later today, heading to Dallas.
