Techno and me probs, so quick summary just in case they don’t post - Tuesday was a Maximum Overload for Cyclist weights workout fir anout 45-60 min. Wednesday an early chilly 2 hour / ~50km ride through Galston Gorge over the Berowra Ferry and back up. Thurs rest day. Friday another gorge ride, thus time 42km /1hr 41min through Bobbin Head National Park (gallery pic seemed to upload for that, just not the workout?!) Sat rest day. Today another weights workout coming up …
