Workout wouldn't post. 🙄🙄🙄 I did glutes and dab with abs. My "******" leg day has left some absolute massive DOMS. So between not being able to walk, and my coworkers spoiling me with goodies, I feel like a beached whale. 🐳 I kept it pretty low key today and played with leg press feet positions for glutes. 🍑 I may have to push my quads a little harder before my hamstrings overrun them. lol Have an awesome weekend fam!! 😘
