Know how i know im getting old??? New female gym member whis come in with her azz cheeks hanging out the bottom of her shorts…. She bends over a bench to do db rows her azz facing the mirror for everyone to see…. me looking over in her direction and the jnly thingnthat came to mind was “damn she has horrible form”

Fast is almost completed! Cant wait to get the home gym rockin again. I hung up the Red, White, and Blue on the wall along with my army medals as a reminder of what i once was….when i start day after next im gonna be all like “AMERICA!” and run in my ranger panties. P. S. I forgot what body part i was on.
