Good evening fit fam. As usual, shoulders, traps and abs today for my Monday gym kickoff. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. Did: 4 sets of Arnold Press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of bent over lateral raises (top of head resting against an upright bench), 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of face pulls, 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 60 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 35 second low dragon flag hold. (wasn't feeling that one) Happy numbers for today were: 135 lbs X 10 on the Hammer Strength behind the neck press and a pair of 35's X 10 on the monkey rows. Not my best but not bad. Barely got it all in before the 55 minute buzzer. Had to cut down on the side crunches. Hope that everyone had a manageable Monday. Here's to a great workout week! Have a great night! Bob
