Ok body is kinda screaming for a rest day after working outside in the cold rain all day my mind is trying to convince me otherwise ….i think im going to concede to what my body is saying and go in fresh tomorrow instead of doing a half assed workout tonight and being disappointed in my half *** workout before its even over
