After trying so long to reach the biking machine goal of biking the distance from Lebanon, Ohio to Mount Desert Island, Maine, I finally can say I have only 22 miles and 2 biking sessions to go. I COULD do this in just 1 biking session, but we'll see. Below is the map so far showing the 1,154 of distance I've done (but not in real-life, just accoring to the distance I'm going in general).

Beautiful & Cool Outside for this Run 🏃🏻‍♀️. When I stop 🛑 worrying about how fast 💨 I was going & just made sure I got the distance my run got easier. I even became faster by not focusing on that. It even help me enjoy running more. It something hard to explain if your not an avid runner.
