Well I wasn’t feeling it today at all! But I pushed thru the grind and finished my workout. Got a workout in 4 of 5 days this week, just need to keep the momentum thru the weekend.

Self defense stick work, Explosive strength: “Box” jumps 4x15 ✅✅✅✅ KB swings 4x20 ✅✅✅✅ Ice skaters 4x20(ea)✅✅✅✅ Plyo push-ups 4x15✅✅✅✅ DB goblet squats 4x20✅✅✅✅ Started this outside.. stick work indoors is tough and jumping inside isn’t pleasant for anyone in there since the room I use is upstairs! Started out with one of my heavier DB’s for squats but tweaked my back earlier today and definitely felt it during these - opted to use my PVC stick weightless like a BB to force me to stay tight and tall(air squats)finished with some bird dogs and a plank -maybe just cardio and light band work, isometric stuff for the next week or so.. we’ll see
