Well that was a little humiliating! Did 3 sets of high jumps then lightweight squats. Unfortunately i fell on my a$$ the last jump. Then i went to do three sets of plyo pushups and immediately to lightweight bench. Been a bit and still cant catch my breath! Done and done son!

First day back in the gym in a week and a half after diagnosis of my back injury. Man, a back brace makes me look slimmer, lol. I discovered what I can and can't do. Can't get full extension on leg curls, BUT, goblet squats and side lunges with kettlebells worked pain free. Leg curls we're OK. Im putting a good amount of stress on the muscle due to lack of full extension. My legs are super tight and back feels fine, so ill easily take the trade off of no heavy weight, and diffenetely no barbell squats. Just happy I could work out with no pain.
