I am totally disgusted with my lack of any sort of physical activity. I have been coming upcwith some very lame excuses, such as physical activity is unsafe on days that end in a “y”. I am going to get off my a**, do some kind of physical activity, even if it is walking around the block, and be more responsible with what i eat. I will start being accountable for my actions and inaction. Thanks to all of you for being inspirations.
