Quads not looking very symmetrical, worse since I tore the right one. Training them might help tho instead of skipping leg day.

So I am going to hit the gym tonight though its not a part of my current program. I am going to do some touch ups most likely and tomorrow I will most likely upgrade to silver Jotunn starting tomorrow for a better workout.
