Midnight Iron With Brian: Decline "Frontal Plane" Flyes ✈💦🔥 In Closing Out Yet Another Fulfilling Fitness Week, Our Last Day Included Some Lower Chest Work, Of Which Is Featured Here, A Round Of Decline Chest Flyes. 🥏 In My Custom Of Making Exercise Tweaks, I Like Bringing The Weights Down Along The Sides Of My Body, Otherwise Known As The Frontal Plane. As An Extra Challenge, A Pinch Of Isometrics (Holding Weights/Resistance At A Stand-Still, Not Unlike Planks) At The Bottom, Puts The Cherry On Top. 👌🏾🍒😉 And Of Course, What's An End Cap To Any Solid Routine, Without The Therapy Of Stretching? 💪🏾⤴↩↔👍🏾 Until Next Week: Take Care, & God Bless You All!
