Thanks my friends for likes and support! Helps me more than you can imagine! Have lots of things happening now. 2 brothers diagnosed with cancer. I had a sleep test done. Wasn't very good. Severe obstructive sleep apnea. Can be treated. Must be getting old. Anyway had good day. Church, then fixed daughter garage door. 2.75 hours at the gym. Thanks and God bless!

Back from my week off. Started off with the first day of this workout program. 6 day split. Sunday-Friday. Not sure if I want to do a rotating schedule like I did the first time where I take a day every three days.
