Wednesday 60 min spin 🚲(15 min was warm up& cool dow -so let’s call it a legit 45 min) Kids came home late from El Salvador and one is leaving to go back to school this am while I’m working 😞 they had an amazing, life altering experience which I’m incredibly grateful for. But I woke up with a whopper headache from all the excitement and lack of sleep-so home cardio it is! 🎼made this 👏👏😊
