Breathe in for 8-counts, into your belly through your lungs. Hold it at the top for a count of one. And then, release it for 9-counts all the way out through the bottom of your lungs and push through out the bottom of the belly. Visualize. 😍

During my workout, a guy asked me how old i was. That is another way of saying "ask me how old i am" i did ask and he was 64. I would have guessed 40, he was using my top squat weight as a warm up. The gym scene can be a humbling place. Have fun!!
