Gonna start out the weekend right by crushing Chest and Tri's. Progress has been steady and I am hoping to hit my goal of 20 lbs lost on Feb 1. Gotta finish strong thru the weekend for sure. Cant lose my momentum. Have a great Saturday everyone.
