Morning fitfam it be Monday!! Back in da gym mainly upper body today. Leg is normal now , mild pain in mid thigh but nothing crazy. Let the healing begin. Very happy weight has stabilised now and BF has dropped a lil bit. More calories and carbs!! Will keep an eye on things over the next few months. Minx 😈🇬🇧🐾
