I had a good leg day planned but when I showed up for my gym reservation it turned out they accidentally put me down for 5:00 a.m. instead of 5:00 p.m. I was planning to run afterward anyway, so I decided since I had more time I'd take a leisurely walk to the lake before starting to run. Then my right foot started hurting pretty badly. I thought about turning around & heading back to the hotel. But it occurred to me that my feet just aren't used to leisurely walks & my foot is probably cramping up due to idleness. So I took off running at the lake. Sure enough, by the second mile my foot was just fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I'll just have to put leg day off for tomorrow. I watched them write down my gym appointment this time.
