A quick Chest and Back Night. I use the plated machines for chest and pulldown type of machines for back. Nothing spectacular, but I did get a decent pump! Tomorrow ... Tractor work for Benny (did a little bit this morning) and a local Bodybuilding show. I am seriously thinking about ...🤔 I did a series of crunches, leg lifts and hip thrusters ... Plus 100 Squats with a Hex Bar PLUS 10lbs (it weighs 50lbs/22kg ... Now 60lbs/26kg) ... Progress is happening! I'm on day 5. All for the quest of summer quads! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Wear R.E.D. (Remember Everyone Deployed) on Fridays! ♥️ And always honor Mother Earth.🌎 People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
