WOOO! Just logged my first workout since March 22, 2020 when my old gym shut down!!! Man that felt amazing to begin increasing the weights a little! Meal prepped a little to stay on track today. Awesome day. I hope you all had a great day as well!

I’ve started setting daily, weekly and monthly goals not only in my physical journey but also mentally and spiritually. Im proud to say I have achieved all so far. Im on a differet level this time.
