Happy SundayFunday!!! The thought for today is you are that hero you’ve been waiting on!!! You got this💯. The workout today was consecutive day 1,009 and one short of my all time record. After I tie the record tomorrow I will take a few Active Recovery days and keep going. My body still feels good and I feel good emotionally and physchologically as well. Thank you too all of those who’ve supported me on this journey. The workout today was 45 minutes on the glider and then a full body lift. #ThankYou #Day1009
