Quick leg pump...50 rep sets...30 min cardio w heavy band...35 min without🥵...detoxing for 3 days...Store is now open at 6a...so win!!...got some Halo top n Outshine bars for the montrous sweet tooth!....2 sm avocado n hot tea for breakfast...the dipping sauce is for the veggie chicken..lol😜😬
