Sorry that I haven't been posting frequently. It's just been utter chaotic with regards to what to do for my workouts since I have been in a difficult position with regards to my gym. I am having to book my workout appointments online which is difficult since I haven't been able to find any app that I can download onto my phone. Anyway, I did manage to get in a yoga session at home so all is not lost.
