1.9lb drop in body fat mass (29.5 -> 27.6) 1.5lb increase in water (77.4 -> 78.9) 1.1lb increase in muscle mass (58.9 -> 60) Would love to see the overall weight drop, but I'll take the lower fat happily. Would love to get below that 20% bf mark so I'll keep plugging away. Have a great Monday!
