Just got off work and ready to return to lifting. I never wanted to leave, I allowed nerve issue and new position at work to knock me off course a bit. I'm still eating right but I miss that pump and accountability. I'm figuring it all out. Healthy lifestyles are important to me 🏋🏾‍♂️

So I add some exercises to my workout. Jump rope in between set on first exercise. Then abs between set of the rest of exercises.
