Man great lift today with my son knocking out some iron... new bench needs some welding to hold up to.big boy weight...haha.. i had two chains holding it to the front of my jeep. I should have got a pic... ya do what u gotta do...haha.. getting some buds to weld it monday. Now i am chillaxin bye the pit practicing very distant diatancing..haha

Gym open for biz! Was in a time crunch but got in some loaded carries and core work. Enjoy the pic of 6 year old me, parents are self isolating and have been going through photo albums. I wore that hair helmet with style! 🤓😂
