The alarm sounds at 4:30AM, she throws the covers off and stumbles to the bathroom. She weighs and measures herself. She sighs with relief seeing her results. They remain consistent. She moves on to her check in photos 📸 and finally her check in questionnaire. She quickly takes in some carbs, proteins and coffee. Out the doors she goes it’s GYM TIME. Half way through her gym session she realizes her leggings are on backyards. She quickly decides to own the mistake and wear it with pride. She looked at that mistake she made as dedication to her mental and physical health, dedication to a sport she desired to be apart of for so long. Morale of the story: we all make mistakes it’s enviable. How we choose to handle them is ultimately up to us. Look beyond the mistake and you will find something so much more. IG:jillianfit88
