03/03 - Cardio and Legs. Total working sets for today was 27. Leg presses x 8, stiff leg deadlifts x 7, leg extensions x 6 and seated leg curls x 6. Time to refuel and need some extra carbs. Working out is not always pretty. Pushing against the belt.
