Just returned back to gym after being MIA for 11 months this year and around 7 months last year. I was a member of 2 gyms and both closed for good. 3rd I was interested closed also.The only option was two planet fitness gyms. I was not completely inactive, I have DBs,KB, and a boatload of bands at home. My plan is to use light weight, and high volume to rebuild my strength and work capacity.
