happy Tuesday... Question: who takes EAA's , do you see a benefit over BCAA and which one do you recommend?? (I have read about them and seeing that I struggle to meet my 1.4g/kg of body weight in proteins from food daily, its recommended to take a EAA over BCAA) My goal: just continue to tone and lose body fat. thanks
