Good morning, FitFam and Happy Friday!!! 😃 Excellent progress to report today-- 3rd successful week of daily wo's. 1st week, no wts. 2nd week, 3# db mix. 3rd week full wo with 3# db's. Still low on energy but it's improving. Post wo naps are kinda my thing right now but I'm getting stronger by the day 😁 I worked my way up from 5 pushups to 20 so far and throwing 5# dbs in the mix today. My Lord and Savior is one no-nonsense trainer, that's for sure 🙌 God Bless you all this weekend and THANK YOU for posting everyday to remind us all to get up and fight another day. 🤗❤🥰

So empty gym time yeah!! Went heavier on leg press 180kg/396lbs, hack squats 130kg/286lbs, squats 70kg/154lbs, leg extension now 50kg/110lb didnt have that end of last yr as broken so working my way back up.. inner/outta thigh 50kg/110lb and then threw in some pull-ups... good session if small by my standards.. off to get the hair chopped!! Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
