So looking online to order some more dumbbells for my collection, yeah forget that. Did find someone who still had some 100lb ones. Told my wife I wanted to buy them. She seen the price and gave me a look that told me that if I did, it wouldn't be Covid that would take me out. lol

Today’s home workout focused on shoulders and legs and consisted of 4 sets of 15 of everything and use of a resistance band most of the time. Exercises were single front band (?) raises, side lateral raises, bent over reverse flyes, assisted hand stand pushups (feet on an ottoman), shoulder shrugs, stiff legged deadlift, bulgarian split squat, body squats and calf raises. Starting to get the hang of this isolated home workout thing I think. Stay healthy and do what you can FitFam!
