I'm having a difficult time buying a vertical leg press from here. The few places that will ship to Alaska are out of stock. There's one on Amazon, posted as eligible for free shipping, plus I have Prime, but then I go to check out & a ridiculous shipping cost pops up that I can't get rid of. Scoured local ads & the very few sporting goods stores. Walmart carries one but is also out of stock. Running out of ideas.

Give this dumbbell only push workout at home a try with me on YouTube! All you need is dumbbells for this routine and you'll be training your chest, triceps, front & side delt muscles. There are 8 exercises using the intervals of 45 seconds high intensity work followed by 15 seconds rest and repeated for 8 minutes straight.
