Had a nice pump today maybe because ate and waiter 3 hours than took shatter pre workout and it seems it kick on much better when on empty stomach because my energy was best than ever before

OK guys, I will try to make this short and sweet. Need all the motivation I can get, after not being able to hit the gym in over a year, and my mom is adamant on not going back after getting my vaccine. My before photo is frpm December 2019. I really want ro get back on track, just bought some dumbbells and I guess the plan will mostly consist of cardio and HIIT to try to shred aome fat. And yes, a caloric deficit is in order. Any advice welcome. I have really tried but it has been hard without access to weights and the like, besodes this pandemic does really take a mental toll on you. Thanks in advance, FitFam

Day 43 - I can’t believe I have made it this far starting since December and pushing through. 🦵🏼🔥😊🙏🏼 I can’t wait till the end of May do weigh in. I still feel I should be smaller than I already am but I am my worse critic. 💪🏼❤️ I am hard on myself but only because I have no patience to reach my goal. The clock ⏱is ticking & I need to reach this goal by August so I can treat myself to my vacation ...road trip just me & my dog on the open road to visit friends. I need this time to myself. ☺️ Have a good night Fitfam see you all tomorrow! Although it’rest day because of the two days I missed skipping rest day and working on Arms & Abs tomorrow.
