Saturday. Farmer’s Walk, 1.1 mile, 70 lb bars; superset incline over the head neutral grip bar with bent over db kickbacks; dips on dip stand; superset high pulley fat rope pulldowns with high pulley fat rope over the head extensions; high pulley cable fat bar push downs; standing ez bar with arm blaster curls; standing db curls twisting outward on down stroke; incline bench ez bar spider curls; standing db hammer curls; ez bar reverse grip curls, a few closing stretch-the-body pull ups.
