Sorry for my absence. Been busy with work. They're making us teach over the internet, though I don't think it is the most ideal, nor helpful for the students in this situation. Especially how quickly it was slapped together what to do. Anyways, Week 10, day 57. Leg and core today. Overall a good workout. Still not increasing in weight for the exercises, but then again I am being super cautious and am trying to do them until they feel easier to do. My arm day yesterday was amazing. Bicep curls are going to 35lb dumbbells for the first time, and pinwheel curls are going up to 30lbs. As for bench presses, I am starting to feel more confident in going up a weight and will try a set or two at a higher dumbbell weight next week. Now that week 10 is here I also need to start thinking about what I will do next in 2 week. I know I will be doing a deload 2 weeks after I am done then going into a new program, but I don't know what.

Smashed some hard workouts last week, this morning did a solid chest and core . Threw in some pish ups just for giggles. Would seem they are a parishable skilll. Lol. Never give up,ever!
