Hammies n back all done ✔️... very warm gym so fun time... very happy hitting 90kg on the Prime Extreme Rower!! The teenage crew just looked at me 🤣🤣 seated leg curl now 55kg for 2 sets getting stronger! Food increased now but cardio reduced ! Happy days. Lets get swole 💪 Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧

Got my workouts during vacation as walking and hiking. Had a lovely time with my wife visiting Asheville, NC and the Great Smokey Mountains. Saw an Elk and a Bear which is great, because when we got to the top of Clingman’s Dome we couldnt see any mountains! 🤬😂🤣 Next time we’re going to the Great Clear Mountains. 🤓🤓
