It was Chest and Delts and Day at my gym ... But I replicated my workout from #rippedbyrivastrainingcenter

had to cancel (which is OK) and my coach @mrrivas09 cheered be from afar to LFG!ð

Here are today's numbers:
Height:. 68.5"/174cm
Weight: 166.8 lbs/74.7 kg (up about 3 lbs ... Mostly water weight ... I hope ... And not the Portuguese food!)
Body Fat:. 11.4% (up .4%)
The goal is get to >150 lbs and 8% body fat.
I am 8 weeks from my October 1st show ... Wish me luck!ðð¤ð§§ ... AND I still have Portuguese celebrations and my birthday coming up! (Yiiiiikes!)
