Here we go, here we go, here we go iron beasts! I am fired up. Just had my best chest workout in a long time. Got the 50s for 4 sets of 25 on chest press, and that's my best lift in a long while. 50s is as high as we have in our small office gym so I'm making the most of it. Got me feeling like I'm 50 again. Lol. I see y'all out there slaying it FitFam!!! Y'all are freaking awesome! LET'S ROLL PEEPS!!!!!
