HappyHumpDay!!! Today’s IG thought was that if you see change that you want to make happen then you need to be persistent, consistent and insistent in pursuing that change. Never give up on what you believe in. The workout today was HIIT on the elliptical and then a full body band workout and these exercises as well squats, leg extensions, tricep pushdowns, curls, military press, side and rear laterals. As I pushed through this one I reminded myself that a lion doesn’t eat if they don’t hunt. #StayHungry
