HHD! Today is a weighted cardio day, yesterday it was just some cardio, tomorrow I will lift some dumbbells. I think I could use a rest day though honestly. 😞 I have a vacation day today. 😊 I am not doing much though. Going to the dentist. Thanks for all the likes and I hope you have a good day today. 🌞❤️
