Incredible non-scale victory today when we went to lunch and a guy asks me how often do you work out and goes on to say you look fantastic. I told him today was #592 in a row and that I was 59 with a goal to be Sensational at Sixty next April. They were all amazed at the number and said no way I was even close to 60. A wonderful family and great conversation. Two of them followed me on IG and rhe Dad friended me on Facebook.

I haven't been on in a loooong time. Hope you all are safe. I just wanted to update some progress pics. I competed last Saturday here in Cleveland at the Battle of the Great Lakes Naturals. I won the Body Transformation Round and came in 4th in Men's Physique Master's Division. Rona wasn't holding me down. Now, working on something else for the end of the year. Set goals and work your butt off to achieve them!!!
