I love it when I’m sore exactly where my Blue Man says I should be. 😅 I love it especially when I’m sore everywhere, and Blue Man is all blue! Maintaining a healthy diet is key, but don’t forget: every muscle group that is sore is a calorie-burning machine! Look at your body as containing some 12 major groups to be burning calories for you, 24/7! Traps, lats, shoulders, middle back, lower back, biceps, triceps, forearms, chest, abs, quads, glutes. Any or all of these being sore means they’re eating up calories for you. Let’s get sore, fam!

Happy MuscleMonday!!! Today’s thought is that the first thing we have to change if we want to change our lives is the thoughts we have. We have to align what we let into our system with what our goals are for life. When changed my thinking about my ability to handle tough situations my ability to handle them grew. With all the things I’ve successfully faced I now have the confidence to believe i can handle almost anything. Years in the making and an ongoing process but I can see the positive change.
