Soooo.. I gained 2 lbs and 1 inch on my waist overnight, while I had a -946 calorie deficit yesterday. No reason for water retention. But I lost 1.4% bodyfat, even though I haven't done any serious lifting in a few days. I should be an exhibit at Ripley's.
