Has anyone got advice on how to return to working out after a COVID diagnosis? I dont have symptoms but have read that it takes a couple pf weeks to get back into it.

Its a weird thought; Often the people who make us hate them most, deserve our biggest thanks. My road to success in the gym. As a trainer and as a trainee all started because of 1 too many heartbreaks. I felt weak, i felt like i wasnt enough, and i needed to change it. Almost 2 years of consistency and dedication later, i look back on all thats changed in my life and realize, if not for having the worst of someone, id never have the best of who i am. Sometimes our demons turn out to be our friends in different ways. Happy lifting.
