I have been so seore lately. Could be the heat zapping me. I haven't even been lifting much. I told Kenny i must be absorbing all his pain lol seems the more deadlifts he does the more sore i get ha. Nevertheless, I will get over it. Hope you all had a happy 4th. I am riding my summer smile train trying not to complain but dang it's dry and hot in Texas woohoo
