Blimey what a sesh, double trouble today due to a 3 day training course next week! So twas chest n shoulders , Legs n Arms and cardio! Im knackered 🥴 back in tomorrow for back n delts !! Cardio will be at home on the spinning bike, life gets in the way but you work round it!! Phoenix 😈🇬🇧🐾
