My motivation has completely tanked!!! I started out doing great, but for the last couple weeks...I just don't care!! Not really sure why, but I am working on it. But with every new day there is hope, my plan is to get up early and do a run then get out in the yard and take care of the yard work! (I don't have access to a gym on the weekends) But I will take it one day at a time!!! Keep killing it FitFam!!!!

Sooooooo, since I've started weight lifting. I've been going through some notes and advice. In the notes I saw something about pre-workout. I call my oldest son, because he's very knowledgeable about that stuff. I asked him if I should start taking pre-workout. He said "dad with the amount of coffee you drink you do not need any pre-workout". Sounds like a win-win to me.
