Midnight Iron With Brian: Featuring A Bizzare, Compound Stretch I Do At The Lat Station, Prior To A Round Of Tricep Pull Downs (LOL, A Whacky Muscle Triple Play). 😵💪🏾😎 👍🏾 Ironically, I Prefer The Lat Pulldown Machine, To The Designated Tricep Station, Given Its Being Taller, & Therefore Providing More Range Of Motion From The Top. 🔝 📏 The Rope Grip Is Also A Favorite Of Mine, In Contrast To Its Rigid Metal Handlebar "Cousins", That Limit Dynamic Movement Of The Wrists/Triceps During Execution. 👌🏾🧵 The Said Tool, As I Happened To Discover Through Casual Trial & Error, Is Also Great For Stretching Out The Back Muscles When Performed As Such In The Photos. The Incorporation Of Straightening The Legs Back To Hit The Calves Was An Off-The Cuff Maneuver, That I've Now Made A Custom Part Of The Time Spent At Said Station. 🦵🏾➡💡 To Perform This Safely, I Put The Weight At 120lbs, To Prevent Myself From Flying Backwards. 🥏💥💫🤕 Finally, After Finishing The Weekly Torture, A Smile, Abs Check, & Selfie Make It All Better 🤳🏾😁 (That Is, Until I Can Get My Hands On A Post-Workout Meal 🍽😋). Another attempt at running this morning. Warm and humid so took started really slow. Still couldn’t keep my pace the whole distance. 5,2 miles in 50:19.
